Check your address — get an answer in seconds

Enter your street address in the search on our homepage. We instantly check it against our active service zones and tell you one of three things: service is live at your address, your neighborhood is in our expansion queue, or we're not there yet and you can join the waitlist.

Sign up for $10/month — no contracts

If your address is in an active zone, you can sign up right away. Your address carries over from the eligibility check so you don't have to type it again. Billing starts on your first active pickup cycle. Cancel anytime from your account — no calls, no hoops.

We remind you before every pickup day

Three days before your scheduled pickup, we'll send you a text reminder. Another one 24 hours out. And one more the morning of service day. From your account, you confirm whether you have items ready for that month's pickup.

Fill the bag, leave it out — you don't need to be home

Pack your clothing, shoes, linens, or any other bag-friendly donations. Set your bag (or a clearly marked box for fragile items) at your doorstep on the morning of service day. Our driver will collect it during the route — you don't need to be there.

Donations reach a local nonprofit partner

After your route is complete, collected items are sorted and delivered to vetted nonprofit partners in the Knoxville area. Nothing gets resold by DonateCrate, nothing goes to a landfill. Your gently used items stay in the community where they can do the most good.

Every pickup supports a local charity. Tax-deductible receipts available on request.
