Launch pricing is currently $5 per month per household.
How do I know if I am in the launch area?
Use the address search on the homepage. It checks active and planned route availability for your address.
What if my address is not active yet?
Join the waitlist. We use that demand signal to plan where the next route expansion should happen.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as your bag is set out as instructed on pickup day, you do not need to wait around for the driver.
What kinds of items are best?
Clean, dry clothing, paired shoes, and household linens are the best fit for a smooth monthly pickup.
